Hi, I’m Lizzie, the owner of Discovery Dance Lab. As a local mom to two young girls, I know just how much energy, imagination, and joy our littlest movers have. After a rewarding fifteen-year career as an attorney, I decided to pivot and dedicate my time to my two truest passions: dance and children.

My own dance journey includes foundational training with Richmond Ballet and collegiate training at William & Mary. Today, I combine that high-level training with an accredited curriculum designed specifically for early childhood development.

Because we are a mobile studio, we bring the magic of dance directly to your child. I can't wait to introduce your child to the joy of movement—they will love the high-energy fun, and you will love watching them thrive!
